On December 17, 2025, I had the honor of launching Under Construction… The Tour, a conference series born from my work as a psychologist and business coach and my commitment to helping individuals embrace the ongoing journey of personal and professional growth. The inaugural event took place at the Hampton Inn–Hilton, located just steps away from the iconic Busch Gardens theme park in Tampa, Florida.

The room was filled with an inspiring mix of public figures, community leaders, and business owners from the Tampa area, each one eager to explore new tools for self-development and emotional resilience. Their presence set the tone for an evening rooted in reflection, empowerment, and meaningful conversation.

A Conference Designed for Continuous Growth

The central purpose of Under Construction… The Tour is simple yet profound: to provide practical and emotional tools that help participants understand that growth is not a destination but a continuous process.
