Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She was raised in a Loving home by her parents, Charles Badillo and Alice Cartagena.
They instilled in her dedication to community services and supported her to develop a profession focused on social well-being. She studied at Washington University where she obtained a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
Later, She obteined a Master´s Degree in labor Relations an international Business at the Interamerican University in Puerto Rico, where She also received her certification as a Business Coach.

She has more than two decades of experience as a Clinical Psychologist. She is also an advisor to entrepreneurs who want to expand their business through the import and export of the products and services in the United States, Latin American and the Caribbean. As a public figure She has hosted two radio programs called “Aquí las cosas como son” and “Alcances”, which have been broadcast on Heart Radio. She has also made mental health capsules for Telemundo in Puerto Rico and Fort Mayers, Florida.
She has been a University Professor in Puerto Rico and Florida.
She is the founder of VidaVi LLC and Chosen Elite LLC. She has been president of the Association of Labor Relations Professionals of Puerto Rico. Board of Director Chair Training/ Seminars Committee in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, Florida. Board Director in the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce.
