What began as a passion for handcrafted silver and semi-precious stones has grown into a movement: a scholarship program designed to help women from low-income backgrounds become entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers in their communities. Women living in poverty often face multiple barriers: lack of education, limited access to capital, and environments shaped by domestic violence or generational trauma. But research shows that when women are given the chance to learn and lead, they become powerful agents of change.

Our scholarship program is designed to tap into this transformative power.
Each scholarship we fund helps a woman gain access to business education, mentorship, and startup resources. Many of our recipients are artisans who already possess incredible talent but lack the tools to turn that talent into sustainable income.
Through training and support, these women learn how to: Price and market their products, manage finances and inventory and build brands rooted in authenticity and cultural heritage.
And as they grow, they hire others. They teach others. They become role models for their daughters, sisters, and neighbors. That silver ring or Larimar pendant helps fund a scholarship that could launch a business, feed a family, or send a child to school.

We’ve seen women use their earnings to leave abusive relationships, pay for their children’s education, support aging parents and create safe spaces for other women in their communities.
